Cyberpunk 2077 Delayed, New release date and The Main Reason for the Delay Revealed

Cyberpunk 2077, which is the most awaited game of 2020, has been delayed again and the New release date and main reason for the delay has been revealed by the official cyberpunk 2077 twitter handle. 

The release of cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed by 21 days and the new cyberpunk 2077 release date is  December 10th 2020. 

What Is the Main Reason For The Delay of Cyberpunk 2077 ?

The developers are facing a big challenge with cyberpunk 2077,  which is bringing  the game on the current-gen consoles, the next-gen consoles, and PC at the same time. 

They also says that it requires them to prepare and test 9 versions of the game for the proper Xbox Xbox One compatibility on Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, PS4, PS4 Pro compatibility on PS5, PC and  Stadia. 

So,the main issue is the compatibility of the game on all the platforms. Also, They are working on the game from home which makes developing the game, a more difficult task !!

 Further,  Cyberpunk 2077 is a next-generation title somewhere along the way and the developers need to make that everything works well and every version of cyberpunk 2077 runs smoothly. 

The developers say that passing certificate, or 'going gold', means that the game is ready,  it can be completed, and has all content in it. But it doesn't mean that they have stopped working on cyberpunk 2077.  

They say that they are raising the quality bar and many improvements are still being made in the game which after this,  be distributed with a small patch. 

Lastly, The  whole team apologizes for the delay of cyberpunk 2077.
