Now there are leaks that Sony is Going to Launch the next-Generation Gaming Console, The PlayStation 5 .
The leaks say that the next Generation console will have Backwards-Compatibility which means that we can run all PS4 Games in the PS5, this thing makes the next generation consoles expensive for the general consumers mainly students.
So there are three categories which will help you in taking your Final Decision :
1) The First Time Buyers :
The People who have never purchased a console before and they want to purchase a new console for themselves Should WAIT for PlayStation 5 as it will be much more powerful than the current- gen Consoles and will have more features than the PlayStation 4.
The leaks also say that they will support True 4K and 8k and will also provide you more FPS than PlayStation 4. So you should Wait for the PlayStation 5 which will give you MORE Buttery smooth experience in Gaming.
2) The UPGRADE Wanted People :
The second Category includes the People who already own a PlayStation 3 or Xbox Console and they want to shift and upgrade to the more Powerful Gaming Console, The Answer remains the same that You should WAIT For PlayStation 5 as it will offer many features and will also have a more powerful Graphics Card (Gpu)
And Cpu Combination and will also support BACKWARDS-COMPATIBILITY this is the main Feature that stops you from buying the current-gen consoles, if you Purchase a PS4 then it will be a waste of money clearly as the PS5 will run all the Games of PS4 as said by Ubisoft owner, So,You Should WAIT .
3) The BUDGET-Oriented People :
The third category includes the people for whom the main thing is Budget.
The leaks are saying that the PlayStation 5 price will be expensive as it is offering many big features such as the Backwards-Compatibility. The expected Manufacturing Price of the PlayStation 5 is $450 (₹32,971) in indian rupees at the rate $1 = ₹73( As of March),. so, if this is the manufacturing cost then Sony can launch the PlayStation 5 at $500(₹36,635) in indian rupees.
The PlayStation 4 was released at the price of $399 and The Manufacturing Cost of the PlayStation 4 Console was $371 in 2013.
But For The INDIAN BUYERS when the PlayStation 4's manufacturing cost was around ₹24000 at the rate $1 = ₹60 , then also it was launched in india for ₹45,900 which was just the Double !!!
So, Now if the manufacturing cost will be ₹32,971, then it can be launched at the price of ₹60000-₹70000 including all the taxes but the price can be different as it is not finalised till now !!!
